Citycell Package Migration

Migration Process:
1. Go to your SMS option.
2. Type A/T/J/One and send to “4567" at free of cost.
   A = Ananda, T = Utshob, J = Ullash & One = Citycell One

Note:
1. Once you migrate from Citycell One 85, Citycell One 79,you cannot migrate back to these voice packages Migration lock period for next 7 days for each plan.
2.  Manual Migration implies to migration from Prepaid to Postpaid or Postpaid to Prepaid. Customer Care Points and Customer Care Centre’s will assist you in the process. Migration Charge for Prepaid to Postpaid: Tk. 400. Post-paid to pre-paid migration is free.
